You don't need any technical knowledge to use this program. It as easy as...

1.	Select the drive for analysis (i.e. card reader, camera with missing/deleted photos, hard drive) and the file types you wish to find.* Click Analyse to begin scanning.

2.	When the analysis is complete, you will be shown how many files are recoverable and thumbnails of the recoverable files wherever possible. If you wish to save the files & photos found, click Pay to pay the recovery fee.

3.	After paying, choose where you want your recovered files saved. Click Recover to save the recovered files to your selected folder.

* Analysis of your drive will be faster if you know which file types you wish to recover (i.e. JPG, AVI). If you do not know what file types are on your memory card, simply select all of the available file types and the file recovery tool will scan for everything possible.
